Introducing the stunning and unique Hoya chinghungensis - a plant with an interesting history and striking features! Originally described as Dischidia Chinghungensis in 1974, this plant was later moved to the Hoya genus in 1995. This Hoya is native to the southwestern Chinese province of Yunnan, and thrives in a habitat of dense, cloud-shrouded forests above 1,500 meters. 

Hoya chinghungensis boasts thick, slightly straight stems and small, smooth green leaves that can be either triangular or heart-shaped in appearance. Its intriguing shape and structure make it a perfect addition to any plant collection looking for something truly unique.

Low Humidity: Ideally Above 40%

This Hoya tolerates a drier environment. However, it could still benefit from light humidity care, including misting and grouping together with other houseplants. May require humidifier in cooler, drier months.

Cold Tolerant: Lowest 50F/10C

This hoya will tolerate cooler conditions than most.

Does Not Sunstress

This plant will not change color under bright light.
