Hoya bella (PES3)
"As usual, a lovely, healthy, and established plant had arrived. I have ordered from UPT before, and have been consistently pleased. This plant in particular showed up in apparent good health, seeming strongly established, and showing signs of new growth (which to me days5 it was healthy and growing before shipment). This is a very nice size for a rare plant; it is my opinion that UPT price their plants very fairly. This order in particular had some special considerations: I paid for overnight shipping, but there was a delay with FedEx. The UPT team was quickly proactive to recall the shipment to not delay the plant further, and were fully communicative and transparent when contacting me regarding the delay. They shipped my replacement yesterday and it was here today. The packaging is also very secure! I need to figure out how to add a photo but I am very pleased and of course would order again."
